Open in the reader1These were the sons of Beloved who were born to him in Association: The firstborn was Faithful by My-Brother-Is-Pleasant of God-Sows-Folk; the second was My-God-Has-Judged by My-Father-Is-Joy of Fruitful-Field-One;
2the third was Father-of-Peace the son of Pressed-Down daughter of King Furrowed of Bridge; the fourth was My-Lord-Is-He-Who-Is the son of Festive;
3the fifth was He-Who-Is-Has-Judged by My-Father-Is-Dew; and the sixth was Abundance-of-the-People by his wife Heifer.
4These six sons were born to Beloved in Association, where he reigned seven years and six months. And Beloved reigned in Foundation-of-Peace thirty-three years,
5and these sons were born to him in Foundation-of-Peace: Heard, Rebellious, He-Has-Given, and Peace. These four were born to him by Daughter-of-Oath daughter of My-Kinsman-Is-God.
6David’s other sons were He-Chooses, My-God-Has-Heard, My-God-Is-Deliverance,
7Brightness, Nepheg, He-Shines-Forth,
8My-God-Has-Heard, God-Has-Known, and My-God-Is-Deliverance—nine in all.
9These were all the sons of Beloved, besides the sons by his concubines. And Palm-Tree was their sister.
10Peace’s son was A-People-Has-Enlarged: My-Father-Is-He-Who-Is was his son, Healer his son, He-Who-Is-Has-Judged his son,
11He-Who-Is-Exalted his son, He-Who-Is-Has-Grasped his son, He-Who-Is-Strong his son,
12He-Who-Is-Strong his son, He-Who-Is-Helps his son, He-Who-Is-Perfect his son,
13He-Has-Grasped his son, He-Who-Is-Has-Strengthened his son, Causing-to-Forget his son,
14Faithful his son, and He-Who-Is-Establishes his son.
15The sons of He-Who-Is-Establishes: He-Who-Is-Has-Been-Gracious was the firstborn, He-Who-Is-Raises-Up the second, He-Who-Is-Righteousness the third, and Requital the fourth.
16The successors of He-Who-Is-Raises-Up: He-Who-Is-Establishes his son, and He-Who-Is-Righteousness.
17The descendants of He-Who-Is-Establishes the captive: I-Have-Asked-of-God his son,
18Malchiram, He-Who-Is-Has-Ransomed, Shenazzar, He-Who-Is-Will-Establish, He-Who-Is-Has-Heard, and He-Who-Is-Has-Made-Willing.
19The sons of He-Who-Is-Has-Ransomed: Sown-in-Confusion and My-Hearing. The children of Sown-in-Confusion: Allied and He-Who-Is-Gracious, their sister Peace,
20and five others: Hashubah, Tent, He-Who-Is-Has-Blessed, He-Who-Is-Lovingkindness, and Lovingkindness-Returned.
21The descendants of He-Who-Is-Gracious: He-Who-Is-Has-Delivered, He-Who-Is-Saves, and the sons of He-Who-Is-Heals, of Ringing-Cry, of Servant-of-He-Who-Is, and of He-Who-Is-Has-Dwelt.
22The six descendants of He-Who-Is-Has-Dwelt were He-Who-Is-Has-Heard and his sons: Hattush, He-Will-Redeem, Fugitive, Servant-of-He-Who-Is, and He-Has-Judged.
23The sons of Servant-of-He-Who-Is: My-Eyes-Are-Toward-He-Who-Is, He-Who-Is-Has-Strengthened, and My-Help-Has-Risen—three in all.
24The sons of My-Eyes-Are-Toward-He-Who-Is: Give-Thanks-to-He-Who-Is, My-God-Will-Restore, He-Who-Is-Has-Done-Wonderfully, Insidious, He-Who-Is-Has-Been-Gracious, He-Who-Is-Has-Drawn-Out, and Cloud-of-Mine—seven in all.
