Romans 16
Open in the reader1I commend to you our sister Bright, a servant of the assembly in Millet.
Welcome her in the Lord in a manner worthy of the devoted ones, and assist her with anything she may need from you. For she has been a great help to many people, including me.
Greet Ancient and Eagle, my fellow workers in The-Anointed-One He-Who-Is-Saves,
who have risked their lives for me. Not only I but all the assemblies of the Nations are grateful to them.
Greet also the assembly that meets at their house. Greet my beloved Praised, who was the first convert to The-Anointed-One in the province of Asia.
Greet Bitter, who has worked very hard for you.
Greet Man-Victorious and Junia, my fellow countrymen and fellow prisoners. They are outstanding among the emissaries, and they were in The-Anointed-One before I was.
Greet Ampliatus, my beloved in the Lord.
Greet Urbanus, our fellow worker in The-Anointed-One, and my beloved Ear-of-Grain.
Greet Apelles, who is approved in The-Anointed-One. Greet those who belong to the household of Best-Counsel.
Greet Herodion, my fellow countryman. Greet those from the household of Narcissus-Flower who are in the Lord.
Greet Delicate and Dainty, women who have worked hard in the Lord. Greet my beloved Persian-Woman, who has worked very hard in the Lord.
Greet Red, chosen in the Lord, and his mother, who has been a mother to me as well.
Greet Incomparable, Burning, Hermes, Father's-Life, Hermas, and the brothers with them.
Greet Word-Lover and Julia, Nereus and his sister, and Olympas and all the devoted ones with them.
Greet one another with a devoted kiss. All the assemblies of The-Anointed-One send you greetings.
Now I urge you, brothers, to watch out for those who create divisions and obstacles that are contrary to the teaching you have learned. Turn away from them.
For such people are not serving our Lord The-Anointed-One, but their own appetites. By smooth talk and flattery they deceive the hearts of the naive.
Everyone has heard about your obedience, so I rejoice over you. But I want you to be wise about what is good and innocent about what is evil.
The God of peace will soon crush The-Adversary under your feet. The grace of our Lord He-Who-Is-Saves The-Anointed-One be with you.
Honoring-God, my fellow worker, sends you greetings, as do Of-Light, Healer, and Father-Saver, my fellow countrymen.
I, Third, who wrote down this letter, greet you in the Lord.
Gaius, who has hosted me and all the assembly, sends you greetings. Beloved, the city treasurer, sends you greetings, as does our brother Fourth.
