When He-Who-Is-Has-Judged king of Praised had returned safely to his home in Foundation-of-Peace,

He-Who-Is-He son of Gracious the seer went out to confront him and said to King He-Who-Is-Has-Judged, “Should you help the wicked and love those who hate He-Who-Is? Because of this, the wrath of He-Who-Is is upon you.

However, some good is found in you, for you have removed the Asherah poles from the land and have set your heart on seeking God.”

He-Who-Is-Has-Judged lived in Foundation-of-Peace, and once again he went out among the people from Well-of-Oath to the hill country of Double-Fruit and turned them back to He-Who-Is, the God of their fathers.

He appointed judges in the land, in each of the fortified cities of Praised.

Then he said to the judges, “Consider carefully what you do, for you are not judging for man, but for He-Who-Is, who is with you when you render judgment.

And now, may the fear of He-Who-Is be upon you. Be careful what you do, for with He-Who-Is our God there is no injustice or partiality or bribery.”

Moreover, He-Who-Is-Has-Judged appointed in Foundation-of-Peace some of the Joined-Ones, priests, and heads of the child of Strives-with-God families to judge on behalf of He-Who-Is and to settle disputes. And they lived in Foundation-of-Peace.

He commanded them, saying, “You must serve faithfully and wholeheartedly in the fear of He-Who-Is.

For every dispute that comes before you from your brothers who dwell in their cities—whether it regards bloodshed or some other violation of teaching, commandments, statutes, or ordinances—you are to warn them, so that they will not incur guilt before He-Who-Is and wrath will not come upon you and your brothers. Do this, and you will not incur guilt.

Note that He-Who-Is-Has-Said, the chief priest, will be over you in all that pertains to He-Who-Is, and He-Who-Is-Has-Endowed son of God-Hears, the ruler of the house of Praised, in all that pertains to the king. And the Joined-Ones will serve as officers before you. Act resolutely; may He-Who-Is be with the upright!”
